Tom joins us with a proven track record in healthcare regional management, where he excelled at growing accounts and building new business. His experience in this demanding sector has given him a keen understanding of how to deliver bespoke solutions, a skill that perfectly aligns with our mission. After an energising six-month career break, he was eager to apply his talents to a new challenge. In his new role at ICW he saw an opportunity to move from reactive account management to proactive business development, a prospect that truly excited him.
